STORAGE ASHORE
Up to 28’ - £1.82 per foot per week
29’ – 33’ - £1.94 per foot per week
34’ and over - £2.16 per foot per week
PONTOON MOORING
Tidal pontoon berths - £1.67 per foot per week. No extra charge for catamarans.
Tidal access is approximately 1 to 2.5 hours on either side of HW depending on draft.
SWINGING MOORINGS (1 April to 31 March). Annual fee, payable in advance.
Quay Lane - £615.00
Bomb Ketch - £615.00
Peewit Island - £1200.00
Moorings at Peewit Island and Bomb Ketch are deep water. However, vessels may ground on certain low tides during the year.
Quay Lane moorings are semi-tidal.
You may store a tender in our dinghy rack free of charge.
YARD SERVICES
HAUL OUT, WASH OFF AND BLOCK (prices held at 2024 rates)
Service includes haul out, pressure wash below the waterline, and block off.
Note: An additional labour fee may apply if extended cleaning is needed for particularly stubborn fouling.

LAUNCH

To/from road transport. The charge is for one crane movement - from road transport to immediate launch or storage ashore, and vice versa. Additional charges apply if blocking off in the yard is needed between movements.
OVERNIGHT ON TRAILER - £226.50 (price held at 2024 rate)
We have limited availability for this service. Service includes trailer haul-out, pressure wash below the waterline and refloat on the following morning tide. There is an additional weekend charge for haul-out on Friday to launch on Monday morning. Boats not ready by the following tide must refloat. If not, the vessel must ashore, incurring additional cranage and storage fees.
MAST UP/DOWN and STORAGE (price held at 2024 rate)
Mast step or re-step - £148.50 (each way).
Customers must prepare the mast at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Please discuss with the office team when booking.
No additional charge for storage (outside only).
COLLECTION/DELIVERY IN THE HARBOUR
Based on distance - £60.00 - £132.00 (each way)
CRANE HIRE (charged in 30-minute blocks)
Crane Hire (crane operator and a minimum of one other staff member).
£175.00 per hour. The minimum charge is £87.50.
Charging begins when the crane is started.
LABOUR CHARGE (charged in 30-minute blocks)
From £55.00 per hour. The minimum charge is £30.00.
The number of people assigned to a job is at our discretion.
ANTI-FOULING and BOOT-TOPPING
£12.00 per foot. Boot-topping is an extra £1.75 per foot.
Service comprises light keying of the hull, masking, and one coat of anti-foul (dark blue). Extra coats are charged at 30% extra of the total. £35 discount if you supply the paint. Call us for a quote for polishing or other painting and varnishing services.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our Business Terms are on our website, on every invoice and correspondence. Hard copies are available from the office.
We charge on LOA. This includes all fore and aft projections above and below the waterline. We round LOA up to the nearest foot.
Services must be booked with the office and paid for in advance.
Cancellation fee: We reserve the right to charge a fee for services cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking.Payment terms:
a. We bill in advance for most of our services.
b. Invoices are due immediately unless otherwise stated.
c. We regret we do not provide credit terms.
d. Swinging moorings must be paid in full by the end of February.
e. Late payment fees: we charge a flat rate of £5.50 per day on overdue invoices
until the amount owing has been fully paid.Deposit: We require a one-month deposit for boats that stay with us for six weeks or longer. We will return your deposit when you leave us. Conditions apply, including a requirement for a minimum of 30 days’ notice of leaving.
Water and Electricity:
a. Reasonable use of water is provided free of charge.b. We charge for electricity - please ask us for our current rates.
You will need a meter reader to log your use, otherwise, we bill at our daily rate
(£3.50). You must not plug in without our permission. Unauthorised connections
may result in us billing you at the daily rate.Insurance: All boats must carry valid insurance, including 3rd party liability. We may request proof of insurance at any time during your stay with us.
Recycling and Waste Disposal:
a. We have bins for general waste and glass recycling, an oil disposal tank and a
bin for oily rags.b. You may not pump out oily bilges (whether on the water or ashore) unless you
have an approved way of mitigating the environmental impact.b. NO HAZARDOUS WASTE or BULKY ITEMS may be put in our bins. You are
responsible for removing and disposing of these items yourself. DO NOT leave
items next to the bins if they are full. A minimum charge of £120.00 will apply if
we must dispose of waste on your behalf.c. You must keep the area around your boat clean and tidy. To avoid disposal
charges, you must fully clear your area ashore when you launch/leave.
